欧文英语学校创始于2007年，是经义乌教育局批准创立，为义乌市人民重点支持的规范化外语培训机构，目前设有稠北校区、万达校区，2个校区，总教学面积2000余平方米，教职员工近60人，是义乌规模较大的外语培训学校。

　　围绕义乌外贸经济需求和儿童、青少年外语学习需要，欧文英语学校以自主研发教程为基础，全力打造精品培训课程，目前开设英语、阿拉伯语、西班牙语、韩语、法语、日语、俄语培训，科目之全为义乌之较。在英语培训领域，学校构建了包括商务英语、新概念英语，英语口语、学生英语成绩1对1提高、幼儿英语兴趣班、公共英语等级考试（PETS）在内的全方位培训体系，成为义乌培训质量高、学习效果好的品牌英语培训基地。
